Academy · free worksheet · Track: computer-basics · Pair with module CB-04

0. Worked example (read first, then do yours)

Maria, auto-shop office, Chrome on Windows. She opened three tabs — Academy, weather, webmail — then practiced on the middle one:

Tabs open:Academy · Weather · Webmail

Closed:Weather (X on the tab)

Restored with:Ctrl+Shift+T — Weather came right back

Consult pair kept:Academy + Webmail; closed the extra

Safari Chrome Edge Firefox Other: _______________ macOS Windows

Opened tab 1 (site I chose) Opened tab 2 Opened tab 3 Switched by clicking tabs Tried Ctrl+Tab or Cmd-adjacent tab shortcut

Sites I used:

Closed one tab (X or Cmd/Ctrl+W) Restored it (Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+T or History → Recently Closed) Did restore a second time

Kept exactly two tabs

Tab A:

Tab B:

Closed extras without closing the whole window

If tabs still feel impossible after two honest tries, I will book a human — not “push through into AI”
