Do this with the lesson closed
Read this page once. Then close it. Keep only the worksheet, the don’t-paste card, and your MS-02 ask on the desk.
Repeat the whole job from memory
About 10 min
- Do the MS-01 stop check on a new, real message.
- Write the one thing you need and your rough words on paper.
- Use the MS-02 ask to make a short draft with stand-ins.
- Check every fact. Change three parts. Read it aloud.
- Copy the draft out of the chat into Notes. Clean it and add real names there.
- Send it yourself.
- Save the sent version in Notes with today’s date. If no reply comes, write a follow-up date on your paper calendar.
Help me write a short, polite reply to a teacher. Use only what I say below. Do not add anything. Plain words, 3 short lines. --- thanks for sending the homework, [Kid A] will hand it in thursday ---
Hi [Teacher],
Thank you for sending the homework.
[Kid A] will hand it in on Thursday.
Your answer will be worded differently. That’s normal. Check it has the same parts: thanks, what happens next, and no added reason or promise.
Weekly proof
One message you had been putting off was sent this week, by you: to the right person, with one clear ask, no fact you did not supply, and no stray symbols.
A reply is nice, but it is not required. You cannot control whether someone replies.

Success check
- I did it with the lesson closed
- The message was sent by me
- The sent words are saved in Notes with a date
Stop line
If this new message hits the MS-01 stop list, do not put it in the chat. Pick an easier message or ask a person.
Brake line: Stop · New chat · Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+T if the tab closes · log out on a shared computer.
One real message sent by you is the goal. The optional lesson is only for a no, a complaint, or an apology.
