Ask the office a precise question: “For this scope and property type, what must accompany the F100 and applicable technical sections for intake?” That produces a better answer than asking whether you “have everything.”
6. Run a Final Cross-Check
Before the packet leaves your hands, compare four things side by side:
- Customer proposal
- Written permit scope
- Technical sections and counts
- Supporting-document index
Names, addresses, equipment ratings, costs, and scope should tell the same story in all four places. Check signatures, license information, seals where applicable, and blank required fields. Save a complete copy exactly as submitted.
Finally, set two follow-up dates: one to confirm intake and one to check review status. A repeatable permit workflow includes the handoff after submission, not just the paperwork before it.
