Depends on complexity. Simple CRM integrations start at $1,500. Multi-system pipelines run higher. You get a firm quote in the scoping doc.

Anything with an API. CRM platforms, email systems, dispatch software, accounting tools, property management systems, custom databases. If it has an API, we can connect to it. If it does not, we can work around it.
Will this break my existing setup?
No. Integration is additive — we add AI connections without modifying your existing systems. If something goes wrong, the integration fails safely and your existing workflow keeps running.
How long does an integration take?
Simple CRM connectors take 1-2 weeks. Multi-system pipelines or custom MCP connectors take 2-4 weeks. The scoping doc gives you an exact timeline.
Do I need an API key or developer access?
We handle the technical side. You may need admin access to your tools to generate API keys, but we guide you through that step. No developer experience required.
